Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern use of the Q9 Continuous platform ("the platform"), operated by Quinine Cybersecurity Ltd ("Quinine Cybersecurity", "we", "us"). If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

These terms cover the Q9 Continuous platform. Any testing scoped outside the platform is provided under the terms agreed in writing for that work.

Access

  • The platform is invitation-only. You may use it only with an invitation from us or from your organisation's administrator, and only through your own Google account.
  • Keep your account secure and do not share access. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
  • We may suspend or remove access to protect the platform, other users or the systems under test, or where these terms are breached.

Authorised testing only

  • Security tests may be requested only against systems your organisation owns, or is entitled to have tested, and only after ownership has been verified and written authorisation has been recorded by an authorised person at your organisation.
  • You confirm that any authorisation you record is accurate and that you have the authority to give it. Withdrawing authorisation stops further testing.
  • You must not use the platform to test, attack or disrupt any system without that permission, or for any unlawful purpose.

Your data and results

  • Your organisation keeps ownership of its data. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Automated findings are proposals until a Quinine Cybersecurity reviewer confirms them. Results describe the tests that were run at that time; they are not a guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other organisations' data, bypass security controls, reverse-engineer or overload the platform, or interfere with its operation.

Service

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the service develops. Fees, service levels and liability are set out in your organisation's agreement with us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except as set out in your organisation's agreement, Quinine Cybersecurity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. For questions, email contact@quininecybersecurity.co.uk, write to Quinine Cybersecurity Ltd, Level39, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB, or contact us through your organisation's Quinine Cybersecurity account contact.

Q9 Continuous is a continuous AI penetration testing platform from Quinine Cybersecurity Ltd, supported by human-reviewed security testing. Testing runs only within a scope authorised in writing, and every finding is reviewed by a person before it is reported. Automated checks do not replace independent penetration testing. Neither a report, a proof nor the platform is a certification or a guarantee of security.
