Q9 Continuous by Quinine Cybersecurity

Continuous AI penetration testing.
Evidence that stays connected.

Q9 Continuous is the continuous AI penetration testing product from Quinine Cybersecurity Ltd, for companies building and deploying AI. It runs AI-driven tests; every finding is reviewed by a person before it is reported. It carries your testing forward: the scope you authorised, the findings people reviewed, and the version of the system that was checked.

  • Written authorisation first
  • Human-reviewed findings
  • Evidence with stated limits

What We Test

What it tests.
How it keeps the record.

Q9 Continuous runs AI penetration testing on your application within a scope you authorise in writing, and people at Quinine Cybersecurity review every reported finding.

What We Test

AI systems, tested end to end

Large language models, RAG pipelines, agentic AI and tool execution, APIs and application endpoints, AI application security controls and AI usage discovery, reported as human-reviewed findings with remediation guidance.

  • Prompt injection and unsafe model behaviour covered under large language models
  • Coverage of each area is confirmed during scoping
  • Scope agreed in writing for each Diagnostic or subscription

Q9 Continuous platform

One record of the work

Q9 Continuous holds the agreed scope, reviewed findings and evidence, runs authorised re-tests and supported change signals, and lets an approved proof be checked publicly.

  • Diagnostic and Continuous AI Pen Testing, delivered on the platform
  • Q9 Driftmark editions in early access

Automated checks on the platform support the people reviewing them. They do not replace an independent penetration test, and nothing on the platform is a certification.

From first test to continuity

Our methodology,
carried forward.

Every test follows three steps. Q9 Continuous takes what they produce and keeps it attached to the system you are running.

  1. 01 / Discovery

    Map and scope

We map your AI architecture and threat model, then agree in writing what is in scope.

  2. 02 / Testing

    Test the real behaviour

AI-driven tests of the authorised scope, with every reported finding reviewed by a person.

  3. 03 / Reporting & remediation

    Make it actionable

Findings with severity, evidence and remediation guidance, walked through with your team.

Then, on Q9 Continuous

Keep the record current

  • MonitoringSupported change signals compared with the checked state.
  • Re-testingFixes and significant changes checked within the authorised scope.
  • EvidenceDated, reviewed results and, where approved, a signed public proof.

The products

Start where you are.
Continue when it helps.

Starting prices depend on the agreed scope. Driftmark availability is confirmed before onboarding.

02 / Fix & re-test

Continuous AI Pen Testing

Re-testing after fixes and significant changes, within an authorised scope.

From £1,200per month

  • Follow-through on remediation
  • Testing around meaningful changes
  • A continuing record of evidence
03 / Prove & watch Early access

Q9 Driftmark

Change visibility for previously checked systems, and approved public proof.

From £99per month

Public Proof Verifier

Anyone with a proof reference can check whether an approved proof is still valid, and what it covers, without seeing client findings.

  • Signature checked by the verification service
  • Marked not valid when stale, expired or revoked
  • Names shown only with the owner’s approval

AI Watch and AI Proof require our approval before production use. Team and Vendors editions are in development and not yet available.

How the platform works

Authorisation, review
and evidence.

Three rules apply to everything that runs on Q9 Continuous, whichever product you use.

  • Written authorisation first

Nothing is tested until the people responsible for the system confirm the scope, environment and accounts in writing.

    • Submitting a form never starts testing
    • Ownership is confirmed before monitoring
    • Production use of AI Watch and AI Proof needs our approval
  • Human review

Automated checks produce signals. People decide what is a finding, how severe it is, and what it means for your system.

    • Every reported finding is reviewed
    • Limitations are recorded with results
    • A proof is issued only after review
  • Evidence with a date

Results are tied to the version and date that were checked, with evidence references your engineers can follow.

    • Scope and coverage records
    • Evidence references for findings
    • Signed proof for approved publication

What a proof means

Clear about what
it does and does not say.

A valid proof is provenance for a dated, reviewed check of a stated version. It is not a certification.

A valid proof says
  • Which checks were completed and reviewed, and on what date
  • Which version of the system they relate to
  • That it was signed by Quinine Cybersecurity and has not been altered since
It does not say
  • That the system is secure or free of vulnerabilities
  • That the system is certified, or meets any standard
  • That every risk was tested, or that a later version is covered

What We Test

Testing capabilities covered within an agreed Diagnostic or Continuous AI Pen Testing scope. Coverage is confirmed during scoping.

Tell us about your AI system.

We will suggest a sensible starting point. Testing only begins once scope and written authorisation are agreed.
